Our team has decades of experience in managing projects from the Owner/Developer and EPC sides. We have worked in all major document control systems and can jump in to start supporting work immediately. We specialize in part-time support and can support any of the à la carte items below or jump in to backfill your team member who may have some short-term time off.

  • Life happens. Our team can backfill your PM when they have a life event that will take them away from site for a short term.

We recently supported a build/transfer project in which our client was the EPC managing a General Contractor with multiple subcontractors. Each of these entities along with the final owner used a different document control system. Our PM managed tracking, updating, and used their experience to help support the reviews of the RFIs/NCRs/Submittals/Transmittals that moved between as systems, ensuring our client had the most up to date information and was spending their time  managing the project, not just the documents.
