We understand that if the documentation isn’t complete, the work isn’t done. While this part of the project is incredibly important - it typically isn’t full-time work. A key project that sparked our business was supporting a client that was trying to commission an ADLS, closeout a punchlist and a RUA, all while in the midst of kicking off another project. Our PM jumped in, took that work off their plate at a part time rate, and wrapped the project up in 4 months. This immediate assistance allowed the client to focus on the next project, and more importantly - financial close.
